Not today though, so we went ahead and ordered a few dishes. Their mixed vegetable dishes are not bad, they have a comforting homestyled feel to them. Should try if you're in the area.

the economy rice here is very good. especially when you catch it as it is just cooked. hot and fresh. the rice is fragrant and there are lots of dishes to choose from. while it is oily, it is not as oily as many places. the vegetables are crunchy and overall it is also not as salty as other places. the price is reasonable too. the cabbage dish is really good and flavourful. you can choose to have curry sauce poured on before serving. the green vegetables are fresh and not bitter. about $3 if the

my favourite mixed rice stall in singapore. best price and best food! the generous portions are great. and the rice is cooked perfectly. all their vegetables and meat taste great and i haven't tried anything bad yet. i loved their "mei cai" and their bean curdy things. their tofu dishes are very good too. and their various chicken dishes are great too. highly recommended. service is fast and efficient. even the takeaway portions are very generous. a bit oily sometimes but most times, it's almost

can't get enough of the mixed rice here. love that the dishes are hot and cooked nicely. not too oily or salty and always very generous in portions. very friendly service. very satisfying meal. this is one of the few mixed rice places that i would recommend in singapore. they sell out during peak hours so best to get in quick. highly recommended. very reasonable pricing. rice is perfectly cooked! some places cook their rice really badly.

The rice is very hot so they pile the not so hot foods on top and the rice will steam the hot so warm vegetables on top. Clever idea. However, some days, you get more on your plate than others, depending on who is dishing it up. They have pretty good food. Nicely cooked, wholesome, not too salty. Lots to choose from. Lots of fish dishes from fried to steamed to braised. A few vegetable dishes and 1 or 2 other meats. Lots of tofu dishes too. 3 vegetables and rice cost $2.70. Other combinations wi

Another surprise for me as usually mixed rice are cold and unappetising. However, I saw steam coming off the pots so I decided to try this stall. The rice was hot and the price was cheap. This one cost me $2.40! Very tasty and well-balanced. Not overly salty and very tasty! The vegetables were fresh and still crunchy - not limp or over cooked. The tofu was great! The man tries to get you to buy more and they also sell curry fish head. The man at the cashier can get annoying when he keeps asking
