As Marina Square is opening a new area of dining, i went to take a look at what's available there. Never heard of this restaurant before but a friend said there is a new Japanese restaurant with good taste. It took a while for the queue, but still affordable for me to wait. Not forget to mention, they have all-you-can eat appetizers and $2 bottomless drink picked from the appetizers bar. Not forget to mention, they have all-you-can eat appetizers and $2 bottomless drink picked from the appetizers bar. I really like the cheese fondue served with various type of veggies, also have takoyaki, and different kinds of appetizers which i don't really like. Main dishes come, pork cutlet with egg is the best.price is also affordable, $12.90. Sashimi bento is quite cheap also, cannot remember the exact price, but i think it was less than $20. The sashimi bento was filled with raw salmon, tobiko, crab meat and mix together, just need to add a bit of soy sauce, veryyy great taste. Nice place and even though they don't have that many waiters, but dishes served not so long and also because have the self service bar for us to enjoy first before the main dishes are served. Would definitely come again for second visit since they have affordable great food.

Baked Chicken with Japanese Pepper Sauce Set ($11.99) was under Healthy Meal category. The chicken was rather bland (haha.. maybe because it was supposed to be healthy?). It seemed as though the chicken was not marinated at all. The biggest disappointment was that even though it was baked, the chicken was not fragrant. Fortunately, it was still quite juicy and the pepper sauce on the outside helped to add some flavour. Not to forget, the set is not even $12! Look at the generous chunks of the ch

Saba Shioyaki Set ($12.99) was really worth it!! It's about the same price as what you can get at food courts but look at how big and fat the saba is! Besides, it was really juicy and tasty! Good!

Verdict: Of course I will be back! It seems like they introduce new appetizers (such as dumpling, tapioca chips and lotus roots chips) every now and then.. Good!

The environment is casual and spacious too.. I can leisurely spend my time munching the appetizers.. Walking up and down to refill my drinks multiple times then end my meal with a hot beverage (fave: mocha!).. And at the end of my meal, I'm paying less than $20 per pax! O.M.G.
