Hunting for wonderful Seafood? Perhaps you can make a trip to House of Seafood. Declared as “Voted the Best Pepper Crab in Singapore”, it offered a wide array of exquisite dishes. Must-ordered Crab, tangy hot gravy filled up my mouth within second, it was great feeling. Nothing beats the unique black pepper sauce, secret recipe was the key factor. It did not overly greasy, slightly burnt and dried up version was kind of fantastic. Creamy Mayo had been perfect accompanied the Crab, it rewarded my tastebuds completely. We ate while kept nodding our head for such incredible match. The freshness and meatiness of the Crab was so gratifying, I was the one eating the whole crab claw. Don’t struggle with using fork or knife, I took it and ate it by my hand. One of the impressive dishes I had, the strong fragrance of dried shrimps made it desirable. Beans were still crunchy and mouthful when biting. Slippery fatty skin and tender juicy flesh were teared off easily from the bone. Went very well with sesame special sauce, it had a very addictive flavourful-sweetness taste. The price for the dishes was definitely higher if compared to random Coffee Shop, but bear in mind, the quality was there always. continue reading
