Everyone knows. Krispy Kreme is definitely famous for its donuts.. And also its long queues... Was in the vicinity on a Friday afternoon, thus decided to try my luck to head to Tangs Basement to see if the queue is long. I was going to cktang to attend some makeup class, so I went there around 10am and there's no queue! Aha, so if you want to avoid the queues, you know what time you have to reach... Anyway, I bought 6 to try. Actually it is more worth it to buy a box of 12. I had 3 Original, 2 Chocolate Iced and 1 Glazed Choco for $16.65. The Original one was nice, very soft but the rest is too sweet. Their donuts tasted normal, not much difference from other brands. But it is very pricy, not worth it.

One of my favourite pastries is donuts. And there is a new donut shop in town. Krispy Kreme just open their first outlet in Singapore. It’s the first time I am trying it and I have fallen in love with it. Of the 6 flavours I have tried, I like the honey glazed one the most. The inside of the donut is not too filling, just the right thickness to go along with the honey glaze. I can see more donut stops coming!!

While shopping at Tangs Plaza, saw a large crowd of people queuing to buy donuts. As a donut lovers we decided to join in the queue, luckily it was not a long wait. The store is newly open and had wide range of donut flavours ranging from original , red velet , chocolate bread custard , cookie crunch , almond over all etc. We ordered 2pc each of original , red velvet and cookie crunch. I liked the donuts as it was soft and not too sweet even with the topping.

Recently, I heard about a new food outlet called Krispykreme has opened up in Tangs Orchard Basement and so I wanted to try out the special items there. The original glazed and red velvet are the two most promoted dishes there and so I tried them. The food items were too sweet for my taste and what is more difficult is that I had to wait for about 30 minutes in queue which I definitely do not want to do again. (Its our lucky day today)I tried a bit of everything! 🍩- New York Cheesecake - I didn't really like it because I think it felt quite plain and am quite thankful for the filling inside. This could be the most popular donut in Singapore now. I'm usually not a big fan of donuts but there were way too many people commenting about the Krispy kreme and somehow, i was tempted to try it one day. As usual, the queue was long. I'm impressed by the staffs as they were composed and managed the customers well. Donuts, is one of the must-try desserts that you should not miss it!! It's the World's Melt-In-The-Mouth donuts, opening in Orchard area. There are a wide varieties of donuts and you can choose your favourite flavours of donuts, or you could just try the brand new flavours!! Once you taste it, you will definitely fall in love with donuts!! They have really interesting flavours such as red velvet but I heard that their assorted flavours are really sweet. The original glaze flavour is already sweet enough. There is a layer of sugar coating on the face of the donut which makes it really sweet. 1 donut costs $2.60 which is the cheapest. I had the original glazed Krispy Kreme donut on a Friday afternoon with my friend. The donut was delightfully soft and fluffy. Honestly I'm a fan of almost all kinds of pastries and sweets so this donut was awesome in my opinion. However my friend found the sugar-coating to be too sweet. I think it's still tolerable. I would not eat two donuts at one go though. TOO MUCH SWEETNESS!
