- Relatively affordable food in USS!- They had a wide variety of pizzas available. Pizzas include the magarita, pepperoni, hawaiian and so on. The pizzas taste good, despite the breaded crust being a little hard. The serving portion for the pizza was huge too, which is makes one full easily.- There were other side dishes like chicken wings and lagsana. The chicken wings were well-marinated and flavourful.- They had outdoor sitting as well, which at night, is cooling.- Self-service style of ordering and paying at the counter. However, the pizza will be delivered to your table. Will definitely have my meal here again if I ever go back to USS. continue reading

Yesterday night I had my dinner at the Loui's NY Pizza Parlor in the Universal Studio Singapore. It was my first time eating there and I was very anticipated to try their food.I ordered a plate of meat balls in Italian Spagetti sauce for $4.80 only. The meat balls were nice and the meat was chewy and tender. On other hand, the food doesn't looks appetizing as the color wasn't nice.I also ordered 10 pieces of drumlets for $9.80 which was quite worth it. The drumlets were quite cripsy and tasty although the size of drumlets was quite small.Lastly, I ordered a piece of Hawaiian pizza for $9.80. I didn't quite like the pizza as it was quite cold and dry even though the portion was quite big. Personally, I prefer to eat warm food with alot of sauce on it.The waiters were rather friendly and helpful although they were quite slow in serving the food and settling the bills. I will prefer waiters who were fast and efficient. Moreover, the environment was clean and there were alot of tables and chairs available so you don't have to worry about finding seats in the large crowd. There was a family combo available with 20 inch pizza, 4 drinks, 2 soup of the day and 2 dessert of the day. I will recommend people with family to go there to dine as the food portion was more suitable for family.Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore 098269Tel: 6577 8899Opening Hours:Mon.-Sun. 10:00-19:00 continue reading

So excited to be back in USS again and this time round it's at night, a totally different experience. It was MOE day and visitors here are educators and their family. We went for the fun with friends and relatives. Before we had any fun, we decided to pacify our rambling tummy at Loui's.My 1st time having Margherita pizza~ love the flavorful cheese on the thin crust. Too bad it's cold but still as yummy.Fried chicken drumsticks ~ not that fantastic!Hawaiian pizza ~ seems more like a ham and cheese pizza, not as yummy as the margherita. Cream of mushroom ~ creamy, milky taste with croutons. Great!Mozzarella Cheese stick ~ Batter is too thick where the cheese did not totally melt. It doesn't give 1 the 'shiok' feeling of cheese oozing and the 'pulling effect' out after 1 bite. Drinks here are expensive and luckily we have the vouchers to pay off our dinner! lolz... continue reading

I'm back at the Universal Studios Singapore with my nephews & my buddy cos it's her company's family day. The boys were given a choice to choose what they would like to have for their lunch. I was really expecting that they would choose burger at Mel's Drive-In, but they choose pizza over burger! It was their first time dining here, so I ordered the family combo which comes with a 20" pizza, 4 drinks, 2 dessert of the day & 2 soup of the day (which I forgot to take picture the soup & dessert). Not much choice of pizza is available, so the boys choose the Pepperoni Pizza. Pizza with huge but very thin, thus it wasn't difficult for us to polish it off. A little cheesy for me as the pizza doesn't have fancy toppings except for cheese & pepperoni, but the pepperoni makes the pizza slightly sweet. Soup of the day is Cream of Corn. The soup is creamy & sweet; have quite a bit of crunchy corn in it. Croutons in the soup is crunchy even after being in the soup for a while. Dessert of the day is cheesecake & Tiramisu which ain't fantastic but the boys polish the cheesecake off cos they likes cheeseIt's their first time dining here, so they're really fascinated by the huge pizza & I reckon they'll be wanting to diner here if we were to go to USS again! continue reading

Loui's Pizza Parlour is always a place I'll go to for my meals whenever I'm in USS. It has good and affordable meals that caters for the young and old as well. Although it's still quite pricey but in a tourism attraction like USS, I say it's affordable because the food can really make one full! It was public holiday so USS was extremely crowded. But Loui's Pizza has many seats to cater to the crowd and we made do with one outside. The queue for the food was long as well, I waited around 20mins. I had the pasta ($11.90) which comes with a huge sausage and also a cookie monster cupcake ($4.90)! The spaghetti was quite normal, nothing much to rave about but I was so hungry I ate everything up. The german sausage was nicely cooked as well. The cute cupcake that I could not resist buying was surprisingly as good as it looks. Although a little sweet but I love the chocolate cupcake! The cookie on top was nice too.Don't bother getting drinks. They're really expensive. There's water coolers throughout the whole park. continue reading
