My friend recommend me to try the cakes at ICON Village. I ordered Banana Chocolate and Strawberry Shortcake. After i walked off the shop, i open the box and decided to take a picture of the cake and i discovered a wrong item inside. I quickly went back to exchange the correct cake, Banana Chocolate. Although the sales girl made a mistake, but i was so happy that i can change on time with a last piece of Banana Chocolate. The Japanese Cakes are so tasty and not too sweet

I have heard too many good reviews for this placed called Pâtisserie Glacé, decided to go down to the outlet at Icon Village to give the cakes a try. The whole cake shop was a rather small one, with a wide variety of cake choices as well as other sweet treats such as their pies and swiss rolls. I was hoping that there could have been a few tables and seats for customers to have their cakes when served freshly.

The Strawberry Soufflé was a good choice, especially strawberry lovers should totally try this cake! The soft sponge cake was layered in very fresh cream and of course, fresh sweet strawberries made it taste even better.

Even though Othello looks really sweet, I am surprised that the rich chocolate and cookie cream was just nice, not too sweet and all. The moist and soft chocolate sponge cake looked very pretty by the side view. And the best part was the layer of cookie crust at the bottom of the cake.

I would definitely go back again to try out the other cakes!

This Japanese bakery was featured in one of the TV show. And, i have been wanting to try some of the recommended items since then. And, Banana Mille-feuille is pretty nice too. I love the crispy layer of sheet on top of the cake with nice sponge cake beneath. It tasted nice with the sliced banana and the chocolate sauce. Recommended especially for banana lover.

Highly recommended.

Patisserie Glace has the best Japan's cakes, pies and cookies and tarts in Singapore. Their cakes are really unique as compared to the cakes sold in bakeries elsewhere. The designs of the cakes attracted me to the shop as I was walking pass Icon Village. I popped by the shop and couldn’t resist not getting any of the pastries. With the first bite, it left me a deep impression. It is really moist and soft, I totally love the taste of it.

As for the price, it is actually a little pricey for pastries. But it’s still worth the money, so long I don’t have it daily.

Had the chance to try it when my ex colleague bought us Pâtisserie Glacé's Rin Rin Original Cheese Tarts for tea break.Smooth, creamy, no overpowering cheesy taste and best to eat it cold... At S$3 a piece (based on their site), it is a bit steep as a dessert but it's so good~ (can't wait to get some next week) Definitely would like to try all other available flavors (e.g. Earl Grey & Melon) and other items
