When to pin si for dinner meal with family and we ordered several dishes which includes shark fin soup, brocoli with mushroom, steamed prawn and the tao huay dessert. Firstly, the shark fin soup actually contains traces of the shark fin, chicken slices and cubed. Seasoning wise is sufficient and the thickness is achieved. With the addition of the vinegar and the pepper, it further enhanced the taste of the shark fin soup. As for the brocoli with mushroom, the brocoli is well cooked, soft and juicy texture, the mushroom has a soft and tender texture and goes well with the brocoli. As for the steamed prawn, it is sufficiently steamed, the prawn has a soft and tender texture and is quite fresh. Lastly, the tao huay dessert is especially quite special as it totally taste different from the traditional tao huay that we eat from hawer centre. This tao huay actually is more moist and smooth than the traditional one, and has a greater soya bean aroma. continue reading
