My sister is very picky when it comes to char siew pao, she cannot stand fats in her bao but this one was a thumbs up for her. The char siew sio was really fragrant. The pastry is very light and simply crumbles when you take a bite. They were very generous with the char siew inside. I like the buttery taste of the pastry. They really live up to their name.
