I have to say, this is the best eating experience.The noodle, which you can choose its portion size of $3/4/5, (mine was $3), has sotong, prawn, and bits of pork and fish in the mix. The cook was helped by most likely his mom to peel off the seafood and vegetables personally, so with their GRADE A in hygiene, shouldn't be too worried.The food is mixed with both noodles and beehoon. At first, when i started eating it, it tasted just like any other normal fried noodles. But the more you eat and chew, the taste just starts to get you and it's quite unexplainable, it's so flavorful but not as thick as curry, if you get what I mean. The process of where the flavor sticks to your tongue and builds from there on is an experience one must try it yourself. Let me know if the crescendo-ing taste doesn't work for ya.
SUPER RECOMMENDED. Couldve eaten more though, $5 for a ultra filling portion!
