Its been quite some time since I been to this market place for one of the nicest food over the area.
that is the chicken claypot rice.. well upon served.. it looks plain.. thats when you need to put the sesame oil and black sauce.
follow by stirring them..

make sure you so smash those salted fish.. they are rather generous with it.. its really soft and does not have any fishy taste

I love their chicken.. really soft and fresh~

overall that's currently one of the best claypot I ever had

it was night time .. my friend wanted to eat ice cream at Häagen-Dazs

so since we were nearby.. we went for it...

we shared an ice cream waffle... the waffle were crispy and soft... tasted good with the ice cream.. it was served with fresh fruits and maple syrup..

overall good combination. one thing that why i like their ice cream is that upon eating them it will not make me thirsty easily compared to some brands which i tried.. i feel that their ice creams are worth to eat

well this place serves good quality sushi... price was not bad

i came along with a friend.. we had sword fish and scallop sashimi... it was really fresh.. mild sweet.. and yummy

there were no funny taste with their prawn eggs sushi.. and we loved their lobster salad salmon roll.. it was not only good for appreciation but nice for eating too.

totally provides authentic Japanese cuisine

my friend and i went to din tai fung for lunch

we had noodles.. and nice hot and spicy soup..

the noodle i had was called tan tan mian.. the sesame sauce was fragrance and tasty.. i love it with lots of spring onions

my friend's mince meat mushroom noodle were nice too.. its not the typical salty taste sauce.. its mild sweet and well a combination of taste..

after walking around the east coast park.. my friend and i went to tung lok classic to eat..

we had the wasabi mayo deep friend prawns and the pork stirred fried with vinegar sauce..

i love the wasabi mayo as it was not typical hot.. and it was simply tasty..

as for the pork.. well it was that sour.. it was nice and not oily..

good to have it with rice

we won a hairy crab from tung lok =) this was the first time we had hairy crab.. the waitress was nice enough to help us extract the meat.. and taught us how to eat them...

i am not too sure if it was a male or female crab.. i guess it was male due to the watery egg?

it tasted great with the vinegar and we were served hot ginger tea at the end..

simply exciting and delicious

finally we get to buy lao ban soya bean curd. well the first time we had was their soya bean milk.. well the bean curd actually taste the same as their soya bean milk..

but milk was sold out.. the bean curd was silky and soft.. it was not too sweet.. and has a very nice fragrance taste which many people likes it. i am very curious what they put that caused the taste..

nevertheless.. its simply delirious

my friend and i had popeye again at punggol..

we had their new popcorn chicken.. it was spicy enough and taste good without the sauce too.. well i yet to try the actual sauce as they gave me another sweet thai chili sauce which i found out it was another type..

i will definitely try it with the sauce thats shown on the poster.. =)

its basically chicken breast meat .. not the usual nuggets.. but it was soft enough and taste great

well i came here with my mum for lunch... we share the 5 pieces chicken during their promotion.. it was worth it.. we had the spicy type..

well it was not that spicy.. perhaps just for the taste.. i would say that it was juicy and not the dry type of fried chicken.. taste great with their thai chili sauce

we love Popeye and hope to have more again

my family and i had early dinner at old airport road..

what i want to recommend here is the lao fu zi char kway teow.

as usual .. since we arrived it was queue as long as the dragon..

this is just $3 for the smallest size.. it was simply delicious.. as i could see that they used prawn soup instead of usual plain water...

we ordered extra spicy.. and the level was just nice after all.. worth it

we won a $200 voucher.. hence this buffet was so much cheaper than usual.. we were impressed by the quality of the buffet spread... its the best international buffet so far..

fresh seafood from mini lobster to scallop to prawns to slippery lobster and more..
i would say that the scallop meat is big and sweet compare to other buffet which i had was tiny.. and tasteless
indian food.. chinese food.. were simply great

overall perfect experience

my friends and i had dessert at lao beijing since it was a hot day..

we had the mango rice roll... the rice roll was very soft.. and surround with coconut

what we loved best was the 2 cold dessert.. one was the ice jelly with lemon grass water

it was mild and refreshing.. as for the mango sago.. it was good too.. not too sweet or watery..

overall ingredients was perfect.. and more than what we ate at other places

my family and i went to Lao beijing for dinner

we had the groupon promotion which was the beijing duck..

it was half size.. well i think they only serve the meat.. and not the other parts such as drumsticks.. as you can see from the photo..

and finally there was egg crepe.. compare to the plain skin...

sauce wise is slightly sweeter than tunglok signature's

overall taste not bad...

my friend and i had lunch over here.. (introducing 2 of the sushi)

we had the crab stick sushi.. its not the usual crabstick.. this type is finer in texture..

we also had the fried prawn with curry and green tea salt.. i find that rather special as i never see such in other place before.. or i would say yet to try.. it was freshly made.. deep fried and served on the spot..

hence you definitely have to try this prawn sushi ;)

i was lucky to receive a promotion voucher on that day.. it was the last valid day..

i shared the deal with my friend.. its the first time i had fondue ice cream over here

well.. ice cream wise taste good.. its good that its tiny.. but how i wish there are more of them.. as for the sauce.. its rather normal to me..

overall served with fruits.. cookies and others..

i would say not bad if there's a promotion
