had the zinger burger for dinner tonight. it is really one of my favourite burger in KFC. super spicy with a thick piece of fried chicken in between the bread, coupled with lettuce and declious mayonese. Definitely makes a great meal. I also like their mashed potato. Soft and warm and the gravy is really what makes the mashed potato so much more tasty and addictive. Yums!

Headed to red mango for some nice dessert to chill. I like their mango flavour. lightly flavoured with mango flavour, such that the mango taste is not too strong. Their yogurt is also slightly less sweet compared to others. it has a bit of sour taste too. this combination of sweet and a slight sour taste of yogurt is what kept me going back time after time to purchase a cup of yummilicious yogurt.

I absolutely love Heng Gi Goose And Duck Rice! their duck rice has very tasty dark sauce drizzled over the rice and duck, making it super flavourful. the duck is also very tender and soft. the rice is delicious! mouth watering and i felt like i could order for more rice! their soup which is served separately is good too! not too salty or has too much msg. I thought it is a great place to enjoy a plate of duck rice at an economical price.

I have always loved Old Chang Kee. Especially there curry puff. the filling is very generous, and you can actually chew on the flavourful chicken in thick curry gravy and potato and egg. i particularly love the crust! So crispy and tasty. this curry puff would be sufficient to serve as an afternoon tea snack and would be able to fuel me for my afternoon until dinner time! Yummy indeed.

Was having project meeting with my friend when we both got hungry and decided to order McDonalds delivery! The delivery took about 45min to arrive. We ordered the 20 piece nuggets to share. the nuggets tasted especially good during the night, probably because we were both very hungry. It was very well fried to a cripsy outer layer with hot and soft meat inside. When eaten with the bbq sauce, it was even better! Great supper to se us through the night of hard work.

Wing Kee Ipoh Hor Fan is fanstastic! I love their hor fun! Their hor fun is so smooth and silky and when eaten with their gravy, it is simply heavenly. Their chicken is good too! tender and soft meat. Totally juicy and savory! It is also priced very reasonably. Such a value for money.

Simply Sandwich has really good sandwiches! All their bread is wholemeal bread. I particularly love their chocolate croissont which has a generous amount of chocolate in it. the flaky top layer of the croissont is slightly crisp and it is very nice. I also like their BLT sandwich- Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato sandwich. The slightly saltiness of the bacon added flavour to the very healthy sandwich and when topped with mayonese in the sandwich, it just makes a very healthy and hearty breakfast.

Tried the you tiao at Yong Soon You Tiao - Food Republic last week. It is very cripsy and is fried to a very nice golden brown. However, I thought it was abit too oily and salty. Could be much better if they go easy on the oil. Their staff is very friendly and patient despite the long queue though. Great service

Soon Soon Wang Kitchen sells really good zi zhar. I particularly love their curry fish head! The curry is so flavourful and rich in its taste. It is also not very spicy. The fish is also very meaty! The meat is smooth and tender. There are also a lot of tau pok in the curry. With every bite of the tau pok, you will feel the curry oozing out of the tau pok, very appetizing. Great food indeed!

Ah Yee's Soon Kueh is good! The skin is very delicate and thin, while the fillings is generous! I totally love the fillings. Very flavourful and the shrimps really helped to enhance the taste of the fillings! Their sauce is good too! they have the sweet black sauce and chilli which really complemented the soon kueh well. Yum!

Had an awesome meal at No Signboard Seafood restaurant! A must try is their mushroom with asparagus. We enjoyed it so much! The asparagus has a slight crunchy and bitter taste. The flavourful oyster sauce over mushroom is also very tasty! The White Pepper Crabs is good too! not as stong as black pepper, but definitely did great in helping to bring out the delicate sweetness of the smooth and tender crab meat. Yummy!

Red House Seafood Restaurant’s seafood hor fun is super yummilicous!! The hor fun is so smooth and thick and which makes you full. The gravy is really the highlight. The gravy is cooked to a thick gravy with eggs in it. The prawns and fish are also very fresh. My favourite condiment is the sotong! It is chewy and fresh and has a natural sweetness that comes with it. very hearty and satisfying meal!

Had a great brunch at Wild Honey! Other than the long queue, everything about Wild Honey is great! The setting, the food, the service. Boy, I am impressed. We ordered the Tunisian which is a red stew with sausages and 2 fried eggs and 2 toasts. If is SUPER SPICY! I totally love it! The sausages are very chewy and flavourful too! we also ordered the Canadian which has three pieces of very fluffy pancakes with blueberry jam as well as maple syrup. It comes in such a big portion that even my friend and 1 had problems finishing it when we were actually sharing 1 set. Haha! It was good though. Pan cake was thick, jam was great!

Had an awesome meal at Kim Choo Kueh Chang! we ordered the Bawan Kepinting Soup which was incredibly delicious. Their fermented bean paste soup was so flavourful and rich! There is also meatballs made of crabmeat and minced pork. These meatballs are really sweet and chewy! Yums! The abalone mushroom is good too! very fragrant and I couldn’t stop myself from eating it one after another non stop.

Jalan Tua Kong Lau Lim sells really good fish ball minced pork mee pok! Their queue is always super long, especially during lunch hours. I love their mee pok as it is not lumpy as compared to some other mee pok. Their fishball is also very chewy and they are very generous with the number of fishballs served! Their minced meat is another highlight. So finely chopped into small tiny pieces, yet retaining the sweetness of the minced pork due to the sauce. Very appetizing!
