another swedish restaurant Smile Aug 30, 2011

think of swedish food, where will you go? ikea? no, try fika. ikea is too overcrowded at dinner times and weekend, head over to FIKA. here they serve quality swedish food that will satisfy that meatball craving of yours. you cannot help but compare them with ikea, well that's for my case cos the only swedish restaurant i been to is ikea restaurant. thanks to my friend's kind introduction, when anyone say swedish meatball, FIKA comes to m mind.

their meatball is really awesome, juicy and bouncy. when you take a bite, the meatball is very tasty. i love the gravy too, goes well with the meatball, bringing out the tastiness of the meatball.

i strongly reccommend this place for really good sweddish meatballs!

delicious pasta Smile Jul 10, 2011

What attracted me to pasta fusion at bugis junction food court was the large fire they used to cooked their pasta. I was really impressed by the fire and that the chef were not afraid to get burnt. I ordered the seafood pasta, it was a little costly, $8.90, but indeed it was value for money. The tomato sauce was of the right acidity and the seafood was fresh, you can even taste the sweetness of the seafood. It was just so good!

i bought a box of six donuts from dunkin’ donut to share with my group of friends. It was quite a while since they were selling in Singapore market. I don’t know why but I just love its taste since I tried it in Thailand. I love their oreo donut, it is just so delicious. Love their generousity with the oreo toppings. The donut itself taste really fragrant. Glad they come back to Singapore, hope they open more branches.

huge pizza Smile Dec 29, 2010

Categories : Pasta

I decided to check out universal studios after hours with a group of friends. The rides were all not open so we headed to loui’s pizza palour for dinner first before touring the area. We ordered this super HUGE pizza to share among the 6 of us. The girls could not eat much so it was left for us the guys to finish up every bit. The crust was very buttery and crispy. Not too hard, unlike some restaurants where the crust is so hard. They were very generous with their toppings. It was really filling!

cakes worth eating Smile Dec 21, 2010

Royal cakes are great cakes to have for breakfast, normally alot of cakes would not survive freezing in the fridgerator for the night. That day my mum came home with two slices of strawberry cakes.

They were packed really nicely in separate plastic containers. I took one of the strawberry cake the next morning, the cake was surprsingly soft and moist. They had large strawberry pieces inside as well. It was not too sweet too. Great cakes!
