| Terms & Conditions of April First to Review Contest |

Each review should have a minimum of 50 words and at least one original food picture. |

| 2. |
Only reviews (crowns) submitted within the contest period will be counted. |
|
| 3. |
All entries will be reviewed and approved by the OpenRice staff. |
|
| 4. |
Contest will start on 4th April 2011 at 0800hrs and will end on 15th May 2011 at 2359hrs. |

| 5. |
OpenRice.com staff is not eligible to join the contest. |
|
| 6. |
All winners will be notified via email on or before 19th May 2011 at 1700hrs. |
|
| 7. |
Entries with vulgar or offensive words are automatically disqualified. |
|
| 8. |
Upon discovery that the information provided is false, OpenRice.com reserves the right to disqualify the entry. |

| 9. |
In case of any disputes arising from this promotion, the decision of OpenRice.com shall be final. OpenRice reserves the right to change the terms and conditions above without any prior notice. |

Duplicating text content and images from other websites and/or blogs will not be accepted. Should you wish to share content from your own blog, we suggest that you modify the text first so that your OpenRice review is unique. OpenRice.com aims to be a collection of all original restaurant reviews and content. |

In case of multiple entries of reviews for the same restaurant,only the review submitted earliest will be eligible. |
