  1. What is the OpenRice Rewards Program?


    The OpenRice Rewards Program is our way of expressing gratitude and recognizing our members' contributions to OpenRice Singapore.


    In this Rewards program, OpenRicers get to earn points, which they can redeem for rewards, just by writing reviews* on OpenRice.com. The more points you earn, the bigger the prizes you can redeem.

  2. Who are eligible to participate in this program?


    All Singapore citizens and residents, who are members of OpenRice.com, are eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.

  3. How do I earn the OpenRice points?


    OpenRice points will be awarded to you based on the quality and quantity of reviews you submit on OpenRice.com. Click here to find out how to collect points.

  4. What can I do with my OpenRice points?


    The points that you've earned from the reviews on OpenRice can be exchanged for rewards.
    The kind of reward you can redeem will be based on the number of points you currently have at the point of redemption. For the list of rewards we have, you can check out our Rewards Menu.

  5. Where do I track my OpenRice points?


    To track your points, you can log in to your OpenRice account and click on "My OpenRice". Your current points will be displayed under your "Profile Stats" column.

    OpenRice points will only be credited to your account upon approval of the reviews by OpenRice Editors or / and fulfillment of the particular promotion.

  6. What are the rewards available for redemption?

  7. How do I redeem the rewards?


    The redemption steps can be found on our How to Redeem page.

  8. Can I change my mind after I've submitted my redemption request?


    We are sorry, but we do not allow any exchange of rewards once you have submitted your request. You can only do so when the particular reward is unavailable at the time of redemption.

  9. When will I receive or collect my rewards?


    Kindly allow 4 to 8 weeks for your rewards to be processed upon submission of your redemption request. We will notify you via email once your reward(s) are ready to be collected. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details.
