  1. How do you define a quality food review?

A quality food review is an OpenRicer's honest reflection about his/her whole dining experience. Users are encouraged to write a review which consists of at least 300 characters (approx. 50 words) and 1 original food picture.

By original, it means pictures which are taken by the reviewer himself/herself. Photos grabbed from other blogs or websites (with or without credit) are strictly not allowed. We reserve the right to delete an entry/photo if it violates our terms and conditions or if we deem it inappropriate for publish. We also do not accept pictures of the food display or facade unless it is accompanied with photos of the food ordered. Reviews without photos will still be accepted, but will get less points in our Experience Points Program

Here are some samples of approved photos.

For OpenRicers who wish to share blog entries with OpenRice.com, you may do so provided that the photos and text are your original work.

Please refer to our Review Guidelines for more information on writing an OpenRice review.
