4 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 huge bunch of kang kong ½ tablespoon sugar 2 chilli padi (pounded) 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
Method
1. In a wok, heat up the oil and add garlic and chilli padi to fry briefly. 2. Toss kang kong into wok and fry them well with the spices. 3. Add in the sugar for taste and continue frying with the kang kong. 4. Mix them up well and serve.
