Ingredient and Portion
20 basil leaves
•2 cups lemon juice
1½ cup orange syrup
3 cups warm water
Method
1. Put the basil leaves in a jar, and then pour in the 3 cups of warm water of about 50 degrees Celsius. Let it soak for about 5 minutes, stirring it a little.
2. Add in the orange syrup and mix well with the water. You may want to add in more orange syrup or water depending on your preference of sweetness.
3. Mix in the lemon juice into the jar.
4. Serve with ice cubes. Enjoy!
