Ingredient and Portion
Ingredients:
10 slices of pork loin
1 cup of ready mix bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
3 tablespoons of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of premium light soya sauce
2 tablespoons of cornflour (add as a tenderizer to the meat)
Seasoning
I have a good rapport with my butcher. Each time when he knows I will be cooking pork chop he would pick the right type of pork and slice them to the exact thickness.
Marinate all the sliced pork with minced garlic and premium light soya sauce and cornflour.
Set aside. You can also leave in the refrigerator if you intend to cook later.
It would be better to cover the bowl of marinated pork with plastic wrap if you are using the bowl or leave them in a good quality Lock & Lock airtight container.
Method
1. Add sufficient amount of cooking oil to the wok. Ensure the pork slices are well-covered with oil.
2. In order to get crispy pork chops, the fire must be on high temperature.
3. Dip each marinated pork slice to the bread crumbs, beaten egg and again second time to the bread crumbs before you dip each of them (piece by piece) into the hot wok.
3. When the slices are brown and crispy, it's time to pick them up.
4. Drain on paper towel to absorb the remaining oil from the pork chop.
Tips
Tips:
You can serve these chops with rice, spaghetti or even with wraps.
