1/3 serving of papaya 1/3 serving of blueberries 1/3 serving of orange 1/3 serving of strawberry 1 serving of yogurt (peach recommended)
Method
1. Slice fruits to serving sizes 2. Place papaya into serving cup as bottom layer 3. Slowly pour in layer of yogurt 4. Place orange as next layer of fruit 5. Slowly pour in layer of yogurt 6. Place papaya as next layer 7. Slowly pour in layer of yogurt 8. Place remaining papaya (if any), strawberry and blueberries as final layer. 9. Serve chilled
