It's all bottoms up at Buta Ramen with their sparkling new lunch line-up reveals the Beer Belly Ramen: a bowl of ramen noodles reeling in beer-infused 8-hour Tonkotsu broth and delicious grilled pork belly. At $18.90 a bowl, you can pile on generous toppings of ajitama (marinated soft-boiled egg), nori (seaweed) and menma (marinated bamboo shoots).

You can also look forward to their other latest addition, Grilled Kakuni Buns. Shrewd diners might be able to identify what’s the secret behind these delicious Kakuni Buns, but we let you in on this one – it’s their in-house Yakitori sauce and tangy-garlic chilli sauce glazing a slice of signature grilled pork belly packed into a steamed rich bun.
