St. Regis Celebrates Bloody Mary’s 80th Anniversary

Commemorate the Bloody Mary’s 80th Anniversary with St. Regis Singapore. This well-loved drink was perfected 80 years ago at the King Cole Bar in St. Regis New York, and has since become one the world’s most iconic cocktails. For the month of October, St. Regis introduces a plethora of epicurean delights to pay tribute to the Bloody Mary Ritual. Chilli Padi Mary Inspired by Singaporean flavours, this local interpretation will be served with The St. Regis Bloody Mary Anniversary Brunch by Brasserie Les Saveurs. The Chilli Padi Mary will complement an indulging spread of antipasto and cold-cuts to fresh seafood, selection of meats.

This flavourful invention will also be served at Astor Bar as part of the Flight of Bloody Mary Trio. The Trio also includes the original Bloody Mary and The St. Regis Houston’s Harry’s Texas Bloody Mary at $23++. The exuberance of flavours from Lemongrass, Ginger Root and Chilli Padi, mirrors Singapore’s authentic taste within the drink.
