From the 19 to 31 January 2015, Long Bar Steakhouse will be offering a promotion featuring the exclusive Snake River Farms’ American Kobe (Wagyu) Beef. Sustainably raised in the high plains of Snake River in Eastern Idaho, the Wagyu/Angus cross cattle go through a heritage-steeped Japanese feeding method, hence retaining its flavour, tenderness and juiciness. What you can expect The finest cuts of USDA Prime: American Kobe Filet Mignon, American Kobe Gold Grade Manhattan NY Filet and American Kobe Ribeye Filet. These steaks will be cooked by Chef de Cuisine, Kenny Chung and his team of skilled chefs, so be ensured that these gorgeous cuts are in good hands.
