I was here with friends for dinner I had their deep fried pork rillette ball with Tabasco sauceThe Tabasco sauce was pretty subtle & could’ve been more aggressive to stand up to the deep fried rillette. Next for the shrimp . The sauce had some sort of crustacean extract & was quite flavourful, but the shrimp weren’t deveined, had a really mushy texture. I didn’t know if they weren’t fresh or were somehow that texture because of how they’d been cooked. Either way, this wasn’t very pleasant. Overall i rate 5/10

Went to Alchemy on a Saturday night. The place was so filled that you will not be able to get in without a queue if you did not made reservation.The drink prices are on the higher side but nothing too outrageous, Food was very yummy! The food is meant to be shared. So we order an appetizer and a main. The hummus platter as an appetizer was really good. In fact, all the food was very tasty and very fresh. However, the service was horrible as the waiter seemed very disinterested and was very slow. Well, the atmosphere was very cozy and inviting thou.
