I prefer fried mee than fried kuey toew.Because kuey teow is more oily and i will feel greasy after eat for large amount. This fried mee is abit spicy,so it is quite nice.Although it is a bit salty and oily,i still can accept it because it got the fresh vege. The price is quite ok also as the amount is very much. Can add on other ingredient like fishball or nudget. continue reading

Bought fried bee hoon with fish fillet and my friend bought rice with chicken wing and egg for breakfast. The bee hoon's texture was rather unique, soft and silky, but taste wise, its a bit on the bland side. The fish fillet was not bad. It quite crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. I tried my friend's rice. It was not bad too. The chicken's skins was crispy and sweet, while the meat inside was still tender and juicy. The strong taste of the mysterious fragrant flavour can be found on both the skin and the meat as well. The egg was good as well. The Chilli was also just right in its spicyness and sweetness. Overall, the food was average. continue reading

Must try the white meehoon. It's so nice and tasty to the bite. Best of all, they gave generous amount of filling like shreadded egg, bean sprouts and shreadded cabbages and carrots. It's so much worth for your money and you can get it for only one dollar plus, just for the meehoon. They gave big packet of the meehoon too. As for me,my stomach is filled with satisfaction and happiness after finishing the delicious fried meehoon ) continue reading

It was a simple nasi lemak set. I had the set B that comprises of one fish fillet, one hot dog and one egg. The egg has been mixed and fried into a round shape and I do not think that it is one whole egg. The set costs $2.00. The rice was not fragrant at all, with no hint of coconut milk. The hot dog was ordinary, just like what you will have at home. The fish fillet was okay but not crispy and it was a bit oily. As for the egg, I would very much prefer it to be sunny side up. But sorry to say, it was not the case. The set came with a slice of cucumber. So sad. At $2.00, it was consider quite cheap but I do not find it worthwhile at all. I will only consider it when I am rushing for time and need to grab something that is filling. Portion wise was still okay for me but might be too little for a guy. continue reading
