A.B. Mohamed Restaurant, a prime restaurant in Singapore, specializes in the famous Parata the flattened wheat dough baked on a saucepan or a Tava with ghee to taste, that is usually served plain or with eggs and curry. Another specialty dish called ABM Malabar Murtabak, a special Parata filled with onion, eggs, chicken and mutton crispy on the outside, tender on the inside that is unique in its kind is served in this restaurant.
Apart from the south Indian dishes Dosai and Idly the restaurant also serves a wide variety of exotic authentic cuisine that includes Chicken/ Mutton/ Fish Briyani, Chicken Masala, Mutton Curry, Fish Sambal, Cuttlefish Curry, Sri Lankan Crabs, Prawn Masala, and much more.

Signature Dishes
I was in little India & went to ABM restaurant for evening tea, when I spotted a poster at the counter---stating that they have Prata bomb on the menu, so I was curious to know how it tasted & hence ordered for one. It was served to me in 3-4 minutes. It is a normal prata,like any other, but is stuff with coconut, sugar & margarine. It was yummy. Unfortunately, though I took a pic, it is blurr, hence am not putting it up. The prata bomb is good evening snack & is more enjoyable with a cup of hot masala tea.

We were in little india in the evening and we wanted to have an evening tea to refresh ourselves. We ordered for a masala tea at ABM. The tea was nice,had a flavour of spices and was very refreshing. Its the best masala tea I've had in Singapore. I often frequent ABM,as I love their food and most of all their masala tea.
