Went to AKB48 cafe for lunch. Ordered for the carbonara pasta since the picture on the menu looked really appetising. The actual thing is just like the picture, with a half cooked egg on top of the pasta. However, the pasta was disappointing. There was no egg taste at all when mixed with the pasta. It was like a typical carbonara pasta, slightly creamy. It does come with a generous serving of meat. Overall its relatively average and the only selling point is probably the half cooked egg. Considering that is costed me around $13+, it was definitely not worth it. Diners are probably going to pay more for the experience of dining in the idol cafe rather than the food.

Went there with friend for lunch. I had their spaghetti meal with sausage and ham. When the spaghetti was served, it looks quite tempting and piping hot. First bite, the spaghetti was springy and chewy. The gravy was a bit salty but after a few bite, I get really sick of it. However, I really like the desserts. The matcha and ocean was good. The matcha taste was thick and not overly sweet. The ocean was really good. I never had this taste before. It taste a bit milky but not too milky. Overall, the food was average.

I was there last sat,i have bought Their coupon deal It was my second time here There's 1 cashier lady standing there to serve us upon entry after that a few waitress wearing school uniform came to take order from usI had their spagetti meal with egg & sliced bacon ,The sauce was very creamy,first few bites was ok,but after a few more i get really sick of itI also had their soup of the day,which was just so soIf you a fan of AKB then this place is worth to go for a try Food was just so so,price was abit expensive,it just the ambience niceOVerall i rate 6/10

Attracted by the themed interior, we got in to this cafe. But the food is rather disappointing. I had the Katsu Don ($14.9). The Japanese rice topped with a layer of chicken egg and onion, which is a bit too salty. The set comes with miso soup and salad. Again, the miso soup is saltier than what we usually have. Also, we ordered Katsu Curry Rice ($16.9). The portion is big, but the curry is lack of the curry fragrant and doesn't taste aromatic. The chicken cutlet is pretty well-done though. Strawberry Parfait ($12.8) looks pretty messy too. The fresh cream is slightly too much, but I do like the corn flakes and ice-cream. It would be much better if the strawberries are sweeter.

Was quite shocked when I entered the restaurant at 630pm as there was only 1 waitress in the restaurant. Given that there were another 2 tables of diners who came before me, I had to wait for at least 10 mins for the waitress to take my order. So, first impression of the restaurant: Failed. Given that I expected to wait for long time for my food (as there seemed to be only 1 person managing the entire restaurant), I was kinda surprised that the food was served quite promptly (less than 10 mins). Most importantly, the food was freshly cooked, hot and tasty. So afterall, my first visit to this restaurant wasn't a bad experience. BTW, those waitresses who were in cute Japanese school girl uniform finally appeared around 7 plus.
