If the thought of sampling a relay of signature dishes created by celebrity chefs tingles your very senses, don’t let this dining series slip through your fingers. The InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) Culinary Journey Programme gives anyone – from the casual eater to the food aficionado – a unique way to do just that by bringing together 7 big names in the industry for this “party” and you'll be able to get a taste of this programme first-hand at IHG's hotels in Singapore, namely, InterContinental® Singapore, Crowne Plaza® Changi Airport, Holiday Inn® Singapore Orchard City Centre and Holiday Inn® Singapore Atrium. Here’s what you need to know:

1. The 7 Culinary Ambassadors

Seven award-winning chefs: Sam Leong, Ian Kittichai, Vikas Khanna, Theo Randall, Ross Lusted, Dean Brettschneider and Takagi Kazuo form the IHG® Culinary Panel and are known as culinary ambassadors. They represent a diverse range of cuisines, from the ever-evolving Modern Australian cuisine to the rich and aromatic Indian cuisine. Menus featuring a selection of dishes from the IHG® Culinary Ambassadors will be available at restaurants across InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn hotels.

2. Indulgent set menus

Over at InterContinental and Crowne Plaza, restaurants will be offering a series of up to seven bespoke set menus created by the respective chefs. At the same time, those at Holiday Inn will have a set menu comprising a stellar combination of dishes by three chefs. Highlights include Chef Theo Randall’s Fish Stew, Chef Sam Leong’s signature Wasabi Prawns and Chef Vikas Khanna’s Masala Chai Brulée. Fancy a tipple? Pair your dishes with top wines from Penfolds and Wolf Blass, or cocktails from their BAR150 programme – a collaboration between IHG® and Pernod Ricard.

3. You have 13 weeks to try it
