the rabbit hole
For a botanical spirit with a rich colonial history, there’s no place quite like The Rabbit Hole at The White Rabbit for a gin lover to be. Recently relaunched as a specialty gin garden bar, its new gin programme offers a collection of 15 gin & tonics that are smartly categorized into five different flavour profiles. Expect signatures like G’Vine Floraison from The New Classics, Monkey 47 from Complex & Unexpected – which features gins that carry many layers of flavour and botanicals – and the well-known No.3 from Traditional London Dry. Prices range from $15 to $22 per glass and can be enjoyed with East Imperial Tonic Water (additional $2) or their housemade tonic, which is perfect for those who prefer their tipples non-fizzy.
