Aptly named Christmas by the River, foodies can look forward to satisfying their festive cravings from a mix of 13 restaurants along Singapore River from 4 Dec to 3 Jan. During which, diners will get to savour a variety of traditional and modern cuisines, ranging from French to Japanese. The 13 restaurants include: Café Brios, Hot Stones, My Little Spanish Place, Harry’s, Absinthe, Fremantle Seafood Market, Mitsuba, Tomo Izakaya, Limoncello, Wakanui, Town Restaurant, Marco Marco and Holiday Inn Atrium.

Highlights

Christmas Ballotine
For traditional fare, head down to Café Brios for their Christmas Ballotine, stuffed with foie gras, chestnut, bacon and spinach pâté. Served with baby vegetables, roasted potatoes and cranberry sauce, it is a great combination of savoury and sweet flavours in one bite.
Hot Stone Premium Surf & Turf
Hot Stones will whip up a feast bound to delight seafood and meat lovers, with their Hot Stone Premium Surf and Turf . On a sizzling stone platter, the trio of delights include juicy Australian tenderloin, succulent tiger prawns and fresh salmon.
Handmade Sausages
Interested in unconventional festive treats? My Little Spanish Place will be serving the Tabla de Salchichas Artesanales (Handmade Sausage Platter), made from minced pork and an assortment of spices and sherry vinegar.
”Sticky
For those with a sweet tooth, go to Harry’s for their version of the classic Sticky Date Pudding, which will be served warm with toffee sauce and topped with a scoop of indulgent vanilla ice cream. While you’re there, get Harry’s Old Fashioned, a cocktail with a refreshing twist: A cinnamon sugar cube is dissolved in fine whisky before a splash of angostura bitters and orange slices are added.
