Treat yourself to Shabu Tontei’s Collagen-rich Tonkotsu (pork bone) broth that packs a punch with many health benefits. What you can expect Specially concocted by Shabu Tontei’s team of skilled chefs, the tasty soup base is made by simmering pork bones, pork neck and chicken bones with high heat overnight, thus extracting maximum “Umami” from the bone marrows. Diners can expect up to 26,400 mg* of collagen per pot (serves min. two pax).
