Hong Kong born Executive Pastry Chef Fung Wing Sang has a rich culinary career spanning over 30 years, working at several renowned Cantonese restaurants in Hong Kong and Singapore. Chef Fung joined Paradise Group in July 2009 and has since lead the pastry and dim sum kitchen for all existing and new concepts by Paradise Group. Many of his innovative dim sum and pastry creations have wowed the guests of Paradise Group.
