Given that Celebrity Chef Emmanuel Stroobant is a vegetarian himself, it comes as no surprise that his latest offering, Saint Pierre Market, focuses on making healthy, delicious food for everyone.
Newly opened at Ngee Ann City, the gourmet delicatessen boasts a variety of hearty soups, salads, gourmet sandwiches, wraps, and healthier sweet treats. As all the food items are pre-packed and ready-to-eat, customers simply have to grab, pay and go. Daily set lunches are also available.
For people with allergies, Saint Pierre Market also offers several vegan, vegetarian, gluten and nut free options.
Choose from a range of soups - Butternut Squash, Carrot Ginger, Curried Zucchini or Lentil Spinach - which are all priced at $8.
Take your pick from the six types of salads and dressings. The Caesar Bacon ($14.80) is a satisfying salad made from romaine lettuce, free-range egg, homemade focaccia crouton, roasted bacon, shaved 24-month-old parmesan cheese and homemade Caesar dressing.
Looking for variety? Get their Quiche Set (two for $13.80), where you'll be served a Salmon Quiche and Spinach & Mushroom Quiche.
Desserts include Apple Danish ($3), Berry Muffin ($4), Gluten-Free Muffin ($4), Saint Pierre’s Signature Flourless Chocolate Cake ($6) and more.
