Blood Orange with Banana Snowskin Mooncake combines two healthy ingredients in one delicious creation
For this year’s celebration, you can expect more than durians at this hotel for they have also handcrafted a selection of traditional baked and snowskin mooncakes. To begin with, you can feast on their eleven varieties, which include their signature and new mooncake creations. Included in this lineup is the Blood Orange with Banana Snowskin Mooncake, which is made of banana puree, orange pulp, and banana bits.

Other creations available are the Mango with Pomelo, D24 Durian Paste and Cempedak Paste, and the ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Snowskin Mooncake. The last one is their new creation which is a good alternative to D24. Together, these make up Goodwood Park’s collection of fruity mooncakes.
For those who still prefer their traditional baked mooncakes, they have a couple of varieties you can choose from. They have the Lotus Seed Paste with Melon Seeds, Lotus Seed Paste with Double Yolks, Lotus Seed Paste with Four Yolks, Assorted Nuts with Ham (“Kum Toy”), and White Lotus Seed Paste with Double Yolks. Something new you can also look forward to this year is the White Lotus Seed Paste with Single Yolk.
