My Favourite Pig Organ Soup Stall

Location: Intersection of Jalan Besar and Sam Leong Road, off the perimeter of "Little India" very near the scissors cut curry rice.
After bringing Miss Fei Fei (Singer at Club Wa Wa) to SGH-Emergency Medicine (A&E) on Sunday night 8.20 p.m., we went to one of my favourite place to go for Chinese cuisine dinner.
I actually wanted to order the large portion of pig organ soup for 3 of us to share, but she was sick on that day. Therefore, I decided to let her have that soup. Mr. Ian Ong to have preserved vegetables (mei cai) and chicken wings, whereas I ate my rice with the black vinegar trotters & the egg (inside itself).
This all time favourite bowl of pig organ soup with a whole lot of ingredients such as liver, stomach, lean meat, pork, meat ball etc. here is really big in portion and filling until my girlfriend also cannot finish eating.
Although I did not have that soup during that day, but I have eaten at this stall numerous times with my schoolmates. The soup taste clear and light with a taste of the salty vegetables.
The rice dip with the dark soya sauce tastes exceptionally delicious.
Conclusion: Probably the best affordable and delicious Pig Organs Soup (Zhu Zha Tang) in Singapore and suitable for Night Out people to eat.

This bowl of pig organ soup here is really big in portion and filling. Most importantly, the taste of it is equally good as well. Inside the soup is filled with many slices of pork meat, pork livers, pig stomach, mini pig intestines and slices of crunchy salted vegetables. All the items in the soup are really tender and juicy, especially like their pork livers which is very thinly sliced and not overcook. Some chinese parsley are added to it which really enhance the taste and presentation of the soup. The soup if fill with the nice flavours of the ingredients and really tasty too! Affordable and delicious!

Another hot spot for the nearby ktv dwellers, the pig organ soup is very tasty. The cloudy soup makes it look so appetizing. With the right amount of saltiness, the salted vegetable tastes tasteless; soaked into the soup, the dish brings smiles to many eating there. The majority of people who patronize are the older age group with some of them chatting away with friends.

Lean meat is tender, liver is cooked to the right degree and the proportion of salted vegetables is just right to add into the fragrance and enhance the taste of the soup broth. Their soup base is not too peppery and its easy going and light on your palate. Simple fare with plain rice.
The wonder of the soup is the soup base itself, it's thick and not too salty as some pig organ soup does.

My family had dinner at Cheng Mun Chee Kee Pig Organ Soup. I didnt like it at all! The thought of consuming pig organs just freaked me out instantly. However, I tried abit of the soup, it was not bad. I just ate tofu and tau pok, and the tau pok was very tasty! Throughout the dinner, I didnt even touch the pig organs. Haha
