Late morning breakfast at kovan. You will notice a long Q forming at this stall.Beside selling kway chap, they also sell duck meat.I choose the set kway chap at $4.00.A good reasonable pricing. The set come with mixed ingredients. If you can't know what ingredients to choose for the kway chap. choose their set.Like their kway chap cos when you eat the intestinal organ. You don't taste the smelly taste of the pig organ. Meaning they have wash the intestine clean. That is a good things.A good late breakfast early lunch meal. continue reading

Here's another stall which always has a long Q during peak hours. Not many kway chap stalls in Singapore sells braised duck as well. These 2 stalls are side by side and they have lots of variety to choose from. They serve generous portion of braised duck meat with the rice! Kway chap set is quite standardize, able to choose from the selection of ingredients u wanna go with. Chye buay was additional, not inclusive in the set. It's not too salty and goes great with kway chap or rice. continue reading

Ever since the Hougang Ave 7 hawker and food centre is closed down, we had lost our best kway chap place, until we tried this kway chap which sells duck meat plus the normal pig's stuffs. The kway prepared by this stall are of the right texture, they are smooth and do not taste "cakey" or "flour-ly". As for the dishes, we would normally order the pig's tongue, intestines and duck meat. For those who had not tried pig's tongue, I recommend you all to try it, it is like lean meat, more lean than those braised pork meat. Overall, this is a great stall that sells great kway chap. continue reading
