This food centre is famous for muslim and indian foods. I was told most of these stalls moved from Shenton Way a long time ago. I came for their indian rojak and ordered from this stall for the first time. I got to select the items and handed over for re-frying. Some of these items have got a crispy texture after re-frying. It go well with the sauce provided. The sauce has got a sweet taste and not spicy. It is best eaten with those green cut chillies and cut onions too. continue reading
