Their burgers may be small, but their truffle fries sure are big on flavour. Sometimes their fries come in shoestring-cut and at times it’s medium-cut; expect it to be different each time you pop by because the folks working in the Omakase kitchen are rather experimental. Order these as a side when you get the burger set meal.
2. &MADE
Burgers are one of the biggest highlights here at &MADE – a restaurant headed by three Michelin-starred chef, Bruno Menard. For an additional amount of $3, you can enjoy these irresistible earthy golden delights – made with French truffle oil – together with your main burger.

If you like your truffle fries loaded with flavour, you’re gonna want to try the ones at Arbite. These straight-cut fries may be a tad bit pricey ($10.90 for a basket), but hey, they’re tossed with truffle sea salt and served with a truffle-mayo dip – that’s how pow-wow this dish is!
4. The Pizza Place
Pizza and truffle fries – what a fantastic match. Chomp on pizza slices while tucking into a side of truffle fries. For $7+, you need these crispy shoestring wonders to complete your meal.
5. Au Chocolat

Au Chocolat’s truffle fries are pretty awesome. Well… priced at a whopping $15, they’d have to be really awesome! Deep fried to perfection in white truffle oil and dusted with truffle sea salt, you have the option of dipping these thick-cut fries in BBQ and mayo sauce but, would you really do that? Truffle fries are meant to be eaten on their own, people!
6. PS. Cafe
Need a super large portion of truffle fries to satisfy you? Then try PS. Cafe’s version. The $15 fries (all 600g of them) are deep fried and then tossed in white truffle oil. We also love that PS. Cafe adds a fine amount of grated parmesan cheese in.
7. Café Melba

Brunch at Café Melba is good, but if you have room, do order the truffle fries ($13+). They’re firm (you won’t find soft ‘soggy’ fries here), fragrant and oh-so-golden – what’s there not to like?
