Signature Dishes
Rushing to the Batcha Stall as we saw no one was in the queue and we decided that each of us will enjoy a dish related to pattaya. We had Bee Hoon and Mee Goreng Pattaya! Although there were no queues at all, it took us about 15 minutes to get our food served and we realized that we should have ordered their Nasi Ayam instead as it was prepared before hand and generally food serving will be faster.The lady was rather particular about the cleanliness in food serving. Before the plate was served to us, she took up the cloth and wiped the side of the plates to ensure that it was clean.Our Bee Hoon and Mee Goreng Pattaya looks very appetizing with the a thin layer of egg covering up the noodles. It somehow brought us a little surprise to tear open the egg just like opening a present. The fragrance is there but what's lacking was the taste, it does not have the "wow" factor and tastes more of a standard meal with an unfavorable yellow noodle taste. However, the Bee Hoon Goreng tasted alright and the 2 prawns given was rather fresh. We had noticed that their meal always comes with fishball which looks interesting to us too.
