My mother bought a whole loaf of walnut cake from this Bakery Cuisine outlet at Esplanade Xchange. At the price of $3.00 per whole loaf cake, is very reasonable and cut into good six pieces as well. Have it with a cup of hot coffee really taste great! The butter flavour is very thick and fragrant and the cake texture is moist and not too dry, and also not too sweet. The generous amount of fresh crunchy walnuts mixed inside is also very tasty and delicious! Heard from my mother the shop staffs are friendly and is also quite clean the shop as well.

Brought a couple of different flavours of bread from this shop which includes the red bean bun. To indicate the flavours of the bun, different types of indication is made on the top of the bun. For the red bean flavours, black seasme seed is sprinkle on top of the bun. The bun is well baked, has a very appealing golden brown colour. The bun is well made as it has a very soft and spongy texture. As for the red bean fillings, it has a nice red bean taste, sweetness level is just nice and has a soft and smooth texture and the fillings goes very well with the bun. Prices starts from 80 cents each depending on the type of flavours and the amount of bun chosen.
