Signature Dishes
I was in Tampines last month for work & stopped by Tampines 1 for a quick bite on the go & I din't have time to have lunch. So I spotted BBQ Delights & decided to stop by & picked up a bbq chicken. I saw Teriyaki & picked it up since I love Teriyaki flavour. It was a nice big piece of chicken which can be considered as a lunch on its own with a drink. It costed about 4 $, as the price is based on the weight. The chicken was well done & nicely coated with teriyaki sauce. I could tell it was fresh from every bite & was tasty too.

The pork ribs have 2 different flavours, one is that of honey pork ribs, the other is that of honey pork ribs. Personally, I love their honey pork ribs the most as it is marinated well with the honey sauce. Also, the meat is tender, easy to bite unlike some pork ribs where the meat stick to the bone. Mostly importantly, the meat on the ribs is not fatty, it is rather lean. You would find it difficult to stop eating once you start. It is simply irresistable. The price is rather reasonable too, $2.80 for 100 gram. It was about $9.80 when I bought 8 pieces.

BBQ chicken and pork set meals as well as whole BBQ chicken and parts are available at BBQ Delights. All BBQ items are prepare at every hours to ensure the freshness of their food. Especially love their Big chicken drum stick meal with ah cha and plan rice. Taste really good and price is also quite reasonable. Two thumbs up! My verdict: 7/10

BBQ delights serve wonderful chicken chicken steaks and pork ribs having tasted their honey pork ribs, honey and hawaillian chicken steak. I decided to buy their pork ribs rice for lunch at $5. It comes with 3 ribs, your choice of rice (pineapple or plain) and your choice of vegetable (brocoli or achar).The pineapple rice is fragrant and you are able to find small slices of pineapple and bits of crab meat. For the pork ribs, they are nicely barbequed and the meat is tender. The layer of sweet sauce on the ribs is the attractive factor which makes the rib so delicious. There was only 2 pieces of brocoli, perhaps they could have given more to make this meal a healthier choice.Other than the pork ribs rice, they also serve chicken cutlet rice, midjoint wings rice, chicken wings rice, chicken steak rice and chicken leg rice.Wait no more, come give it a try!
