In my humble opinion, this stall sells one of the best Oyster Egg in SingaporeOyster Egg

Expect to order the dishes here to be quoted an exorbitant amount when the auntie delivers the food to you. Take it on a lighter note, because if she tells you $3000, know that all she meant was just $3.

The amount of food is huge even for the smallest portion. This dish is served with a generous amount of oysters, which already makes it a good enough reason to give this a try. But this is just the beginning of its goodness. The egg is a thick layer of tender and juicy delicacy. Each time my utensils (fork and spoon) gently cuts through the egg, a fresh whiff of fragrance overwhelms me. The best part of this dish is the generous amount of succulent sauce drenched over the entire serving of food.

This Oyster Egg gives me enough motivation to specially travel out of the way to this coffeeshop to indulge in a cheap and good dinner.

Went there yesterday for their chicken cutlet & also tried this fried oyster
I quite like their fried oyster,i went during dinner time,around 8pm++
Their serving time was quite fast,less than 5mins
When the auntie serve to our table,i ask how much & she replied $500,i was shocked
The auntie was quite funny,we just gave me $5
The oyster was big & fresh
Outer layer was crispy,but a bit too oily
Overall i rate 7/10

If you stay around hougang area, you would have missed a local delicacy if you have never tried this fried carrot cake at this stall. If you don't stay near the area but bychance passed by, do go and tried cause the carrot cake here is really delicious ! not too oily and the black sauce is evenly spread out among the carrot cake. the uncle also gave me quite a generous portion even though i ordered the small pack pricing. Don't belittle the chopped leeks, it helps to tickle the palate!

I will always go there to ta bao my dinner as i live nearby
Their fried oyster is abit oily
but their oyster is fresh & big
The boss is not stingy about their oyster,always put in a lot
But the eggs of the oyster is very few,so a bit flourly
overall i rate 6/10
