Brother's Rojak is located in Clementi Central in See Lam Hern Coffeeshop. I believe that those who stay in the West would most probably know the popularity of Brother Rojak. Suitable for Vegetarians and Muslim Pals, their Rojak cost at a range from $3 - $8 depending on the size. However additional items like Tau Pok, Century Egg and different grades of Cuttlefish can be added at an additional cost.Service was very friendly. The happy and cheerful brothers were efficient and ready to serve despite standing throughout the operation. I have been patronizing the stall for more than 10 years myself, their service level are still the same. My favourite add on would be Century Egg and Tau Pok. I love the chilled century egg that was taken out from the fridge paired with preserved vegetables. The Tau Pok is also one of the must try as they were grilled insteadily on spot with cucumber and beansprouts as stuffing. They were cut into 4 portions, served warm and very crunch. The prawn paste was loaded with chopped peanuts without being cloying, stuff like Fried Fritters (You Tiao) , Bang Guang, Pineapple, Lime Skin, cucumber and ginger flower is added. Ingredients were fresh and the level of sweetness is alright. Perhaps the only rant I had was that no jellyfish is added unlike the one I had from Balestier Hoover Rojak.Cost: Rojak - $4 + 2 Tau Pok + 1 Century Egg = $6.80One good thing about their service is that, they actually care to ask customers if they will like to have the sauce separated when taking away unlike most of the other stalls, they would have mixed them all in without further asking.

There was quite a number of Rojak stalls in Clementi Central. And Brother's Rojak was one always with a queue at the Kopitiam during their opening hours.I went to queue and the service was quite fast, all was self service. The Rojak had the black prawn sauce aroma even when you had not eaten yet. In the Rojak, there were freshly grilled Taupok and You Tiao. there was also cucumber, ginger flower, lime skin and bengkoang. The Rojak tasted delicious and with right amount of sugar, lime and peanut. Although I would like if they put jelly fish slices inside.Overall, this Rojak stall was among the best rojak comparable to taste of the famous Whampoa Rojak.

A Rojak legacy of more than 30 years!!My parents love have bought rojak from this stall ever since before I was born. The uncle is still running it and running it well. It's the rojak I was raised on.This rojak sauce is good, the ingredients are all cut into nice little bite sized pieces so you can enjoy more sauce per square centimeter of food and it's cheap. I think it's still $2. Decent helping too! It's hard to find such a deal now with constant price hikes. The uncle is always all smiles and I hope this stall stays on for a long time. Business is good pretty much all the time and you might need to queue during dinner time.
