Thinking of having German food and drinking smooth German beers? You do not have to wait till Oktoberfest to enjoy it all. Head down to Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant. There are four outlets in Singapore, but I usually visit the one at Discovery Walk at 313@Somerset. This place boosts of a very relaxing ambience totally suitable for gatherings between friends or simply unwinding after a long day. The restaurant is brightly-lit, and there is music in the...

Was finding a nice place to chill around 313 somerset and me and my friends came to brotzeit. Really like the ambience here. very relaxing and nice place to catch up with your friends. As we wasn't very hungry that day, we only ordered wedges and a sausage set. I would say that their food standard is rather average, nothing fantastic about it but it isn't awful too. The hotdogs are nice and tasty but the fries and wedges are average. Each of us spend $8 (there are 3 of us) on th...

Ordered the German sausage madness and the pretzel.  Pretzel is a little hard and it is quite dry. At 3.00 a piece it is quite a huge portion for 1.  The German sausage platter is filled with items boosting a robust flavoured meal. Super yummy and worth to order for sharing. At 17.90 is it pretty worth the order and perfect to be washed down with beer!  Looking for a place to chill out after work this place is totally somewhere to check out!

Ordered the Knoblauchwurst / Garlic Pork Sausages at $17.50. The smoked garlic pork sausage has a hint of garlic, topped with roast potatoes and sauerkraut it adds additional flavour to the sausages enhancing the overall texture. The Brezn / Typical Bavarian pretzel at $3.00 is warm, soft and a typical slightly salted pretzel. Overall the food here is great for dinner and beer.

I've been wanting to go to Brotzeit for a long time now, after travelling to Germany and tasting their pork knuckles there, I was curious if Brotzeit was up to par. We ordered a pork knuckle dish (Cripsy hind shank of grain fed pork served with potato salad, sauerkraut and homemade sauce on the side) and a grilled pork sausage dish (Pork bratwurst sausages with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut). Brotzeit's pork knuckle is while stocks last, meaning for any lunch or dinner there...

Coming to this restaurant was because my colleague saw the eye-catching salad on don’t know which day. It was a famous German Restaurant. The queue was lengthy as we going, it was Friday night. The middle beer was mine, two juices beside were Grapefruit and Cranberry. Vodka mixed with lemonade, the beer was naturally cloudy and top fermented. The salad looked colourful. Assorted vegetables stirred with olive oil and dressed up by semi-dried tomatoes. It tasted not bad, a refre...

Known as one of the places to get awesome pork knuckles, that fact simply cannot be disputed. I still frequent Brotzeit for their knuckles. Often, the portion is still too big for 2 to share. I just wish they had like a mini-version of it. http://static1.sg.orstatic.com/UserPhoto/photopending/0/F2/002Z511A0B192CA9815A71c.jpg Tried the curry wurst, which was just a wurst with curry powder peppered on top of it. Nothing too impressive, and the wurst wasn't anyt...

I've heard a lot of rave about Brotzeit's German food and this is my first time trying it out. We went to the outlet at 313 on a Friday night and the place was packed and super lively! There were lots of expats having drinks at the alfresco bars along that back alley of restaurants.Anyway, after some deliberation we decided to order the Brotzeit Platter ($88) which comes with a variety of sausages, lam schnitzel, pork knuckle and 2 sides of your choice - we opted for the ...

to be honest, this was just A LOT of meat. The sausage platter option was good. every single one was juicy and full on flavour. The pork knuckle was satisfyingly crisp and so dangerously fatty. It's good but eat at your own risk. The pork schnitzel I wish, could be thicker but then that'd hardly be a schnitzel already. it was good. and the breaded exterior added for crunch. smile SHARE it. please.
