Western premium fast food chain, Carl’s Junior offered numerous choices of great tasting culinary. When comes to quality and variety of Burgers, it was second to none. Served as main meal, snack or supper, the place was an ultimate idea to fill up my tummy.Juicy burger with tender chicken, it was grilled with open flame. Pampered with flavoursome sensation, all burgers were made freshly upon ordering. Pipping hot when it served, you would never disappointed with it. Love it when first bite, the fatty portion was just nice. Simply add-on toppings for my burger, the bar was readily dished up. Nothing to complain about, I enjoyed my supper very well.

This is my favorite fries from all the fast food restaurant in singapore. Its called beef chilli cheese fries and it cost $5.50. To me, it is very value for money as it is so delicious. I love how the bits of beef and cheese blend together with the fries. The beef is very well flavored and i can eat this for a meal. It is very filling. Would recommend this to you if you haven't try before.

I had wanted to order the usual mushroom burger when something else on the menu caught my eyes. The Chili beef burger!If you are unfamiliar what Chili Beef is, is it kind of a American beef tomato sauce, totally not spicy at all. It is very addictive and a little like beef bolognise sauce but less tangy and more salty.My first bite of the Chili Beef Burger was fantastic, with the Chili Beef sauce and a beef patty within 2 slices of bread. But somehow the sauce seems to get saltier as I polish through my burger. Other than the burger, I really like the fries at Carl's Junior! You can tell that they were made from real potatoes as parts of the skin were still left on the fries. And what I really like is the thickness of the fries were just right.One signature at Carl's Junior is their toppings bar where u get extra toppings like Salsa for your burger.

I had bought takeaway of Carl Jr Burger again.This time I ordered Charbroiled BBQ Chicken. I do not know the different between Charboiled and Grilled, since they looked similar.The bread they used was different, there was some cereal on top of the bread.The chicken patty used was breast meat. Eventhough the cooking method was Charboiled, it does not helps the dryness and the roughness of the breat meat.The whole burger tasted quite dry which was not my liking.

Carl's Jr is definitely one of my favourite fast food outlet. It serves one of the best beef burger, with 100% Angus Beef As a beef lover, i bought the Portobello Mushroom Thickburger meal which comes with fries and free flow of drinks. Priced at around $14.90 if i'm not wrong. The burger size was really humongous, one of the biggest burgers i ever eaten! The burger consists of Charbroiled 100% Angus Beef Patty, Portobello Mushrooms, Swiss Cheese, Red Onion, Lettuce, Tomato and Mayonnaise on a Toasted Sesame Seed Bun. I have to admit it is really the best burger i ever eaten. They also have very tasty fries, which thickness is just right. In addition, they have a wide variety of drinks, ranging from soft drinks to tea or coffee. Yes Carl's Jr is pricey compared to macdonalds or burger king but the quality of the burger and ingredients are definitely high quality and worth it. It is a good place to chill out and enjoy a great meal with friends! Highly reommended!!
