Chu Wei San Tong Food Holdings

My friend has order the catering from this company for the one years old birthday of his son. The display on the table with skirting are presentation and neat. Especially recommend their chicken cutlets with thai sweet sauce and the deep fried prawn fritters. The chicken meat is very tender and juicy,crispy on the outside and yet not too oily. The sweet thai sauce blend in really well with the chicken cutlets and added that sweet spicy flavour to it. The prawn fritters here are also crispy outside and is fluffy on the inside, plus the prawns are very fresh and crunchy too.

Our company ordered catering service last year and it was through openrice where i come across this caterer. After some exploring on their website and look through the menu, we decided to give it a try.
Pineapple rice is flavorful, rice grains are not soggy.Crispy thai style chicken cutlet, goes great with the sauce on top.
Tempura fish is 1 of the chef recommendation. Batther around the prawn roll seems abit hard, but overall still acceptable.
Greens are not yellowish as sometimes veggies turn yellowish after sometimes, but not for this.Thumbs up for cereal prawns! I dunno if this is a wrong order but 1st time i had fried vietnam springrolls which taste just like normal cocktail springrolls! lolz....Overall: Nice setup in our office.! of the advertising way is to leave their name cards here.

My granny has been eating Chu Wei's tingkat for 4mths already. She said the food tastes alright and is not too salty. Bt vegetables & meat can sometimes be a little tough for her to chew becoz of her old age. Staff is very good and friendly, always call and remind me when tingkat is about to expire and ask if we want to extend.

Ordered buffet fr Chu Wei San Tong a few days ago for family event and also to try differences. Taste is more flavorful, very different from the tingkat. Curry Chicken is soooo good till not enough for my guests! We also like the baked cream prawns, very fragrant.

Took the Supreme menu for my son's full month's celebration last weekend. I was surprised that they even gave me red eggs!

The Champagne Pork Ribs and Fried Seafood Horfun are gd! The service overall is not bad too. Delivery was punctual and food came in warm with warmers.

That was my first time trying Chu wei San Tong. Not a bad experience at all.

We have also ordered the buffet services a few times. Delivery quite prompt and they were quite helpful and welcoming when I specified certain taste requirements for my mother's bday celebration 2 weeks ago. I like how little or no msg is used. I am quite certain because unlike other caterers, I don't crave for water after eating their food.

Pricing is also very reasonable and not much difference among siimilar caterers. Have already recommended to my friends and relativies, generally gd reviews about Chu Wei.
