The restaurant location is at International Building. It is easy to find the place. My girlfriend and me love everything in this restaurant because the tasty food there are fresh especially seafood like fresh prawns and the chilli (less spicy and more sweet).Although it's not affordable place, I am sure there are better value being served due to the friendliness of their staffs and service is great. It's definitely one of the most comfy places to enjoy steamboat. There are 3 soup base available - Clear Chicken Broth, Tom Yum Soup and Mala Soup.A standard round of dishes will be served, then you can re-order other dishes in the buffet menu as much as you can eat.The Fish Glue, CuttleFish Ball, Fortune FishBall, House Special Shrimp Ball, House Special Dumpling, Thinly Sliced Beef, Beef Fillet, Garlic Fried Rice and Green Noodle are not to be missed. Please click http://www.coca.com.sg/buffet-dinner for more details on their buffet dinner price and menu. The pork livers are sliced till very thinly which is really chewy and delicious. Conclusion: The food is very delicious and the service that they provide is excellent because the waitress helped you to cook the dishes, top up soup and refill chilli sauce. Overall is a great experience for us and we'll recommend to our friends.P/s: They also serve A La Carte order. continue reading

There are three types of broth to choose for the steamboat. The chicken, Tom Yam or Herbal Broth. If you opt for the Herbal Broth you will have to pay another S$6.00. The other two broths are part of the lunch buffet menu. We chose the chicken broth for today's steamboat. From the menu we chose prawns, fish fillet, chicken fillet, house special shrimp balls, shrimp wanton/dumplings, three plates of fish glue, chicken ball, golden mushroom, Chinese cabbage and local lettuce..I am disappointed with today's diluted chilli sauce. Previously, the chilli sauce was thick and the minute we dipped the food with the chilli sauce, it will wrapped the food nicely but today the chill sauce dripped easily. One of the popular dish is their shrimp wanton/dumplings. Here are the photos before and after cooking. There is generous amount of meat with prawn and mushrooms for each dumpling.Instead of ordering the Bee Hoon or Silver Noodle, we ordered the chicken rice. I highly recommend the fluffy and fragrant chicken rice to go with the steamboat dishes. In total we ordered seven plates of fish glue. We have eaten the fish glue so often that we pretty good in cooking the fish glue ourselves. The hot soup are spread on top of the raw fish meat. Using the metal spoon, divide the fish meat to six sections and slowly scoop the meat and place each section into the broth to cook.Lunch at S$24.00++ per adult. continue reading

I really like to eat steamboat as it’s more ‘healthy’ and I can eat many different kind of items in one go. Usually we’d go to the ngee ann city branch but didn’t know it has ceased their operations, so after Googling, we found this instead. Served and seated by attentive and friendly staff together with a wide variety of choices here, I could easily be pampered!Clear tasty chicken broth with fresh prawn, vegetable, assorted balls and my favourite the fish glue (soft and delicious). I have no issues whatsoever with the place here. We all left with happy bellies velli happies with our money's worth. continue reading

I use to frequent the outlet at Ngee Ann City after introduced by my partner and since then it has been our favorite steamboat hangout place if we are feeling a little sinful to spend on it. but ever since that outlet is close, we switch our attention to the other branch which is near to Ngee Ann City, located just right across the street at International building. The reason why I love coca is because of their soup base (only one soup base per pot, unlike the current trend of having 2 soup base) tasted so nice and flavorful that one could easily finish the whole pot of soup. Another reason is because of their fresh ingredients (seafood and meat!) and they even have oyster inside their buffet menu. not forgetting their signature and special dipping chili sauce too! very addictive indeed. The service there is awesome too, and the waiters are attentive to your needs. continue reading

My uncle has hold his wedding anniversary celebration in this steamboat buffet restaurant and I was one of the invited guest as well. Foods are served on a long tray to us upon our order so that we will be assure the freshest seafood and meat are presented to us. My personall favourite will be their pork liver and fish meat dumplings. The pork livers are sliced till very thinly which is really chewy and delicious. THeir handmade dumplings are also very appetitizing and one of the favourite items order by most of the guests too. continue reading
