Collins has become my favourite "steakhouse". The food here is better than more established names such as Astons and Botak Jones. I always go for their sirloin steaks or lamb chops, which in my opinion is cooked to perfection, as good as you can get from 5-star steakhouses, at a fraction of their prices. I find myself ordering their lamb chops more often. I find myself ordering their lamb chops more often. Do take note, that this item sells out often, particularly on weekends. The lamb is well marinated and cooked (grilled) to perfection. Topped with pepper sauce and served with chips and coleslaw, servings are generous; always sufficient to fill me up (and I am a big eater).

Whenever I feel like having western food and feel lazy to dress up, I simply head over to Collins!

Mixed Grill was really worth it at $10.90. The portion was humongous! The salad was generous and similar to the bento's salad in dressing. The spaghetti was cooked aglio olio (might want to mention something if you can't take spice). Chicken Sausage, 2 pieces of meet and corn. This is not for the faint hearted but for the hungry!

That's where their chili sauce and condiments are. Save the environment by taking on what is necessary.

Total price of dinner was $22.40, though honestly we could have done without the mushroom soup. It was served hot, but tasted watery--most likely canned soup.

Would want to consider their baked rice or prawns if I was to return

Topped with saucy cheese, this fusion was normally found in Hong Kong Restaurant. Surprisingly, Collin’s was famous of their Western Cuisine was selling it too. Well, Curry and Cheese might not sound matching, but this combination really tasty. Before started to eat, the aroma was so strong. Potatoes and Carrots was smoothly soft in texture, well accompanied the rice along with Savory Curry. Not greasy at all, the portion was just nice. It was $5.50, affordable.

It's located very near to my workplace, so whenever I'm craving for Japanese food, I will come here during lunchtime as this area only has this stall selling Japanese food. This time I tried their ramen., it's not authentic. The noodles tasted like those packet noodles, soup base very light, feel like drinking light soya sauce, egg totally failed, fish cake & tau pok just so-so, but can't expect much. For the price charged, I find that a bit expensive. Can try their bento or western food but not

Can try their bento or western food but not their ramen, which proves itself to be not nice.

Previous waiting time was quite long, but recently I found that not much people queue for it & waiting time took less than 10mins.

The place is a stall at the FoodLoft coffeeshop, facing SPH.Pork Ribs ($6.90), packed in bento box for takeaway. For takeaway, I was charged an additional $0.20. The food is nicely packed into a bento box, very thoughtful. The pork ribs is quite tender and juicy. The sides are not bad too, with lots of greens, topped with salad dressing and crispy fries to go with.

The stall is in a coffeeshop opposite SPH. At first plan to order pork ribs which is cheaper, but is not available. Char Grilled German Bratwurst Sausage ($7.90)I changed the sweet corn to french fries, with a topup of $0.50 more. So total is $8.40. Sausage is very juicy and big. A large amount of salad is served by the side to make it a balanced meal. Overall very filling and tasty meal.

I’ve been to Collin’s Grille & Bento Express stall countless times, but it was the first time I took photos and decided to upload it. The corner stall of the foodcourt, Collin’s provides a wide range of food. For today’s lunch, I ordered healthy Aglio Olio with an adequate portion. It came along with Peppery Chicken, Coleslaw and a Grilled Corn. Gravy wise, I wouldn’t say it was fantastic, but the taste still considered acceptable. Only costed $5.50 per set, that’s why I came here always.

It is crowded & not having a wall mounted menu display makes it difficult to order even for repeat customers. They have several copies of a rather disorganized menu so a first time customer needs to wait for his turn to browse the menu at the order counter & decide quickly or the people in the Q will start making tsk tsk noises. The coffee shop is crowded and hot so late comers will have to do takeaways. Expect to wait 15-30mins for your food at busy times, waiting time depends on what is ordered.

Things were easier for me as my associate told me all their western food comes with spaghetti, small corn cob & lettuce so just choose type of meat or fish desired. He added that the bentos came with local not Japanese rice, miso soup & lettuce leaves, adding that rice sets have shorter waiting time. I picked the teriyaki chicken bento which cost $5.70 & had bonus 2 chunks of chicken karage (see photo). The teriyaki chicken steak was pre cut into pieces - were slightly over-charred (chau dah) & parts of it were rather tough. Taste was ok but not enough teriyaki sauce for the rice. The side order of caesar salad which we bought to share costs $4.70 was expensive as the portion was tiny with not enough dressing & no croutons at all.
