1-for-1 weekday lunch
2010-11-10Had to do a project on one of the malls in Tampines after school on a weekday. Well students being students, having a good lunch at affordable prices(since we paid at 1-for-1 prices) was definitely not a miss.
Swensens can be commonly found at both suburban and urban malls. I believe it is a familiar name to many. What more can I say about it? I've been to Swensens since young and kinda grew up with it. Really loved the kids meal then. It was how my mom could pacify me whenever I threw a tanthurm. Of course not forgetting the sticky chewy chocolate ice-cream. I also grew up loving anything to do with chocolate and Swensens would and will be helpful.
That day I had the signature Crayfish Pasta and it was excellent as usual. Would be a bonus if they could make it a point to be more generous with the sauce though, despite already requesting for more. I am greedy. My friends ordered the fish n chips and it was pleasing too. Fast service although it was a very busy day, thumbs up.
