I dine regularly at Ichiban Sushi and will always have the miso soup. Their miso soups are very concentrated as compared to other well-known Japanese restaurants in Singapore. It has a strong miso flavouring and is very sweet. Perfect for quenching thirst after a bento or sushi. You can add-on miso soup to any set meals or ala carte for approximately $1.80. Do give it a try!
