I love the black pepper steak here! It had a thin layer of chewy fats that added a depth of flavour to the otherwise flat piece of meaty beef slab. Sauce is perfect. Tangy and heavy. Side veg were cooked to perfection. Not too soft and still retained a slight crunch. I love crunchy vegs. Anyway, this is one of my fav place for lunch though there's always a queue of hungry ppl, the efficient staff always manage to clear the crowd fast.
